What is with the conditions for bonuses in games nowadays? Half expect to see something like this... "While stamina is depleted during a full moon, for 3s after reloading from an empty magazine, every 3rd bullet fired has a 10% chance to inflict 5000% damage to normal enemies. (30s cooldown)."
